Welcome to the Royalton Residences website.

The Royalton is a 75-unit high-rise tower located on the southeast corner of Royal Avenue and Tenth Street in New Westminster, British Columbia.

The Royalton is focused on providing the highest standards of community by maintaining the utmost care of our building maximizing our investment. This is achieved through diligent care and attention to all facets of community living: upkeep of common areas, arranging and supporting social activities, and by enforcing our bylaws so that owners and residents can live comfortably, happily and safely in their homes. 

Through a pragmatic approach toward its practices and activities, one of the Royalton Strata Council’s goals is to ensure our building complex achieves a highly regarded reputation throughout New Westminster as engaged, informed, and supportive members of the community.

New Westminster’s convenient location as the geographic center of the lower mainland offers close proximity to Skytrain, shops, services and major arterial roads into all areas of the lower mainland.

This website has a number of pages to provide useful information for Royalton owners, as well as for potential new residents, or visitors to our community. The Royalton Strata Council supports this website in its attempts to continue to provide and encourage effective communication to all residents for an optimum living environment.
